Testmate is ATE (Automated Test Equipment) software, that enables you to implement an automated test procedure in a very easy way.

TestmATE works together with Keithley multimeters, the Keithley 2700 mainframe and various add-on cards.

Extremegraph is a C++ graph component for Borland CBuilder 6. With this component it is easy to create linegraphs that can scroll, zoom in and out, have cursors and various Y-axes.
